I am happy to announce that the RESNA Appropriate Technology Design
Competition is on for 2008!
As in past years, there will be four awards (1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes and
people's choice) which will be announced at RESNA's 2008 annual conference in
Washington, DC. International designers and teams are encouraged to apply.
The entry form for the contest is attached, and
more information can be found here.
Some important information to be aware of:
- Any Assistive Technology that is appropriate in developing regions is
eligible
- Due date: June 1st, 2008 (yes, soon...)
- Only one entry per-person or design team (pick your best idea)
- Awards range from $300 to $800

Appropriate Technology (SIG-17).
