SIG-11 Related Conference Events

Dear SIG-11 members:
Here is a preliminary list of the SIG-11 and related events going on at this
year's conference in DC. I didn't realize quite expansive it was going to end
up being. If you have any additions or corrections, please email them to me so
that I can put together a final list closer to the conference. I'm sorry to
report that I don't see "Stump the Chumps" on the list.
1. SIG Open House

What: |
We will have a table during the Wine & Cheese Reception to inform
others about SIG-11 and encourage attendees to sign up as SIG-11 members. |

Notes: |
If you would like to volunteer to help out putting together or staffing our
table, please let me know. Additionally, we would like to recruit student
attendees to help out to get them more involved in SIG-11. Please let me know
of contact persons for universities that are sending students so that we can
recruit now. |
2. Developer's Forum

What: |
The popular Developer's Forum allows professionals and consumers to try out
new and developing products and to provide their developers with critical input
and suggestions. Hors d'oeuvres served. |

3. Computer Applications (SIG-11) Show and Tell

Popular session featuring innovative strategies, tips, and tricks presented
as a informal series of short case studies. |
