Call for Suggestions and Participation RESNA
2007 Instructional Courses and Workshops
September 6, 2006
SIG-11 Members,
Are you, as a rehabilitation professional looking for or have expertise in:
- introductory or advanced courses on a specific topic?
- workshops that focus on a particular technology or application?
- research areas, policy developments, direct applications, or best
practices?
- product comparisons, Show & Tell, or case study sessions?
It's up to us as RESNA SIG-11 members to come up with course and workshop
ideas and individuals willing to submit proposals, either individually or in
partnership with others.
Please submit your suggestions for course and workshop topics that you would
like to attend or see offered.
If you have expertise in a particular topic area, please consider presenting
an instructional course or a workshop.
If you have not presented an instructional course or workshop, I can offer
guidance and may be able to suggest someone you can partner with.
If you have an idea for a topic and a presenter who is not an active SIG-11
member, I would like to hear from you as well.
If you are unsure about the appropriateness of a topic or format, I can get
guidance from the Meetings Committee.
While a proposal for instructional courses and workshops is not difficult to
generate (the application instructions are already posted on the RESNA
website), the deadline for submission is fast approaching - Friday, October
13th.

and Workshops, see: http://www.resna.org/Conference/Conference.php
