Scoliosis Brace Awarded $50,000 from FDA-Sponsored Competition

Jamie Haggard, co-founder and CEO of Green Sun Medical, won the National
Capital Consortium for Pediatric Device Innovation competition for inventing
a tech-enabled scoliosis brace. It's designed with a sensor that provides
continuous corrective pressure to the spine, and enables physicians to
remotely monitor the brace's performance.
