The SMARTY uses a patented multi-layer design to protect for any kind of
impact.

In case of a fall, the soft dilatant layer immediately changes to form a hard
shell that spreads the force over the honeycomb matrix.

The material returns to its normal condition after absorbing the impact to
provide additional protection.
