Baby Box Wins $25,000 in Pediatric Device Competition

The SVS Prapela baby box by Prapela was the winner of $25,000 awarded at the
Fifth Annual Pediatric Device Innovation Symposium.

The SVS baby box is designed with a gentle, stochastic vibro-tactile
stimulation (SVS) that helps infants (including those who have been exposed
to drugs), to relax, breathe, and sleep.

All parents have to do is lay down their infant on the vibrating mattress.
