The scope of these guidelines is currently under review, of particular interest is the task force that is considering revisions for mobile accessibility… as we will see below, mobile is different. But despite the longevity of the guidelines, we’ve yet to reach the point where accessibility is ingrained in the de facto web/mobile design or content management strategy and execution.
