Unconscious biases

Unconscious biases influence our actions every day, even when - by definition
- we don't notice them. Combating biases is hard for this very reason, but
it's also necessary in order to create a work environment here at Google that
supports and encourages diverse perspectives and people (not to mention make
products that work for everyone). 

With that in mind, here's what we're doing to help Googlers identify and
understand their biases so that they can start to make the unconscious,
conscious.
