Four in 10 people 65 or older don't use the Internet, according to the Pew Research Center. AARP TEK classes, offered in cities across the country, cover technology use without the jargon. A speaker gived an overview of a topic and facilitators, called guides, sit with small groups of attendees to answer questions. Free, two-hour TEK sessions are open to AARP members and nonmembers, including people not yet 50.
