Four Deaf Students Launch a Revolutionary Way to Communicate From: The 1st Class Lifestyle - 07/13/2014 MotionSavvy, developed a way to help break the communication barrier between the deaf and the hearing by creating an affordable device that uses Leap Motion technology. This technology can read and translate American Sign Language into spoken English using gesture recognition. Ideally, a deaf person would sign into the device, which would then translate their hand movements into English.
