Finding a Voice Using an iPad

Engineers have developed an iPad and iPhone app that helps those who struggle
to speak have a way to communicate. 

"Verbal Victor" uses a series of customizable buttons that allow children
with emerging communication issues to be able to express themselves in a
simple and affordable way. 

CNN affiliate WFMY reports on an app for smartphones and iPads that is giving
a voice to those who struggle to speak.
