"Project Jumbo" speech recognition

At Lotusphere 2008 in the Innovations Lab, Ira Forman from IBM Research gave
a demonstration of "Project Jumbo". That's a real-time speech recognition
feature for Sametime chat. Essentially you can just speak into the microphone
on your PC and the text shows up in the chat window. The recognition isn't
perfect, but good enough for chat. This is useful for doing voice chat on
low-bandwidth connections or with hearing-impaired users.
