The Cool C (tm) speech software turns computers using a Windows operating system into talking computers capable of having interactive conversations with those using the computer. The computer can function as a speaking virtual tutor or talking encyclopedia. Organizations can broadcast messages to everyone in a broadcast group and these messages are then delivered verbally with each computer speaking directly to the computer user. Further, those using Cool C may program the conversation database and teach their computer to say new things to add to their talking computers skills. A built in talking "reminder" system allows you to program your computer to say specific things at a specified date and time. http://www.coolconversations.com/ Article in eWeek - May 2004 - page 48 http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1759,1580267,00.asp
