Do Disability Laws Apply to the Web?

A lawsuit contending that Southwest Airlines violated the Americans with
Disabilities Act because its Web site was inaccessible to the blind has been
rejected by a federal judge. The judge rejected the lawsuit against Southwest
Airlines, saying the ADA applies to physical spaces, not virtual ones.
