Name change for IEEE Transactions on Rehabilitative Engineering

EMBS (Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society) has been given approval by
the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Technical
Activities Board to change the title of The IEEE Transactions on
Rehabilitation Engineering (TRE) to the IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems
and Rehabilitation Engineering (TNRE). This new title will more accurately
reflect the expanded scope of this journal while also aiding our interest to
incorporate the emerging field of engineering as applied to neurologic and
neuromuscular rehabilitation. The new title will be reflected in the first
issue of 2001.
