CART Students Win Contest to Build Device for Disabled

Ask high school students with megawatt brainpower to build something easing
life for the disabled, and this is what you get: A cane that vibrates when it
senses an object as small as a film canister. A kitchen cabinet with shelves
that lower to counter-top height. And a magnetic template that guides users
to the signature blank on a document.
