Computerized system enables the blind to vote

Having lost his eyesight to cancer when he was a toddler, Novotny has
participated in every election since 1977 only with assistance - until
Tuesday, when he alone filled out the ballot on a new computerized system
being demonstrated in early voting in Summit County.
