The ACM SIGCAPH Newsletter is a quarterly publication for papers, reports,
and research updates in the field of assistive technologies for the disabled.
The Newsletter is published by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM)
and is the only regular newsletter of its kind published by an international
professional society (90,000 - members worldwide). The Newsletter is not
copyrighted, so you can submit here and still be able to publish in
traditional journals and conference proceedings.  

The publication is soliciting submissions for future editions of the
Newsletter. You can either snail mail them to the editor, or send them in
electronic form. We publish: 

  full length technical papers,
  short research updates,
  assistive technology product reviews,
  position papers, etc.

The readership is interested in up-to-date items that can appear early in the
research/development cycle as well as final reports.
