Verbal Control Suite is a speech recognition system that allows hands free
operation of Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 computer systems. Verbal Control
Suite is not a dictation system; it is a command and control system.  

There are three distinct command groups; each performs a specific function
and can be used separately or together.  

Typing mode commands perform keyboard functions, including shift, enter,
escape, space, backspace, etc., and all the function keys as well as
providing the ability to type verbally using the International Alphabet Code.

Browser commands perform all the functions associated with either Netscape
Navigator or Microsoft Explorer. Tool bar functions, the directory bar, menu
bar programs, and the url can all be controlled verbally. 

Mouse commands perform mouse functions, including moving the cursor in any
direction; left, right, up, down or diagonally, as well as clicking, double
clicking, and dragging. The cursor speed can also be controlled by saying
"faster" or "slower".
