Trace's website has recently been updated to include a "Tool Box for Computer Access" - also known as software toolkits. Here you can find adaptive software for downloading and related access technology information. Point your browser to: http://trace.wisc.edu/trace/computer/comp_access.html This part of the site is organized by operating system: DOS, Macintosh, Windows, Windows 95, and UNIX/X Window System. The toolkits currently contain more than eighty titles of shareware or freeware software and include contributions from the SIG-11 library. The entries are categorized by their "function": Mouse Cursor Enhancers (Visual), Mouse Cursor Enhancers (Physical), Magnification, Abbreviation/Expansion, Word Completion/Prediction, Keyboard Audio Feedback, Voice Output, Voice Input, and On-Screen Keyboards. If you know of other software that you would like to see added to the list, use the "Submit" form at the top of each toolkit page. Also, please remember to register your shareware to support the shareware concept.
