I just received a flyer in the mail for the book, Computer Resources for 
People with Disabilities, written by the Alliance for Technology Access. 
According to the flyer, the book provides information on:

  * defining needs, developing a technology plan, and building a supporting 
    team
  * product description of hardware/software
  * funding sources
  * legislation
  * support groups
  * publications
  * professional associations
  * training

No mention was made in the flyer about alternative formats.
