APHont: A Font for Low Vision

APHont (pronounced Ay'-font), was developed by American Printing House for
the Blind for low vision readers. APHont has been shown to enhance reading
speed, comprehension, and comfort for large print users. It is free.

Keyfont

Tiresias Keyfont V2 is an easy-to-read typeface for use by designers and
manufacturers of any equipment with keys (e.g., telephones, cash machines,
computer keyboards, kitchen appliances, and medical equipment). Keyfont was
designed specifically to label the tops of keys. This includes exaggerated
punctuation marks. It is also free. There are versions for both Mac and PC.
