The Computer and Environmental Control Tech Lab
will be open daily Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
Proposal: Vice-chair will serve one year
and then automatically move into the chair position for another consecutive
year. The terms of chair and vice-chair will each be one year in length. A new
vice-chair will be elected every year.
Proposal: Change election process as
follows: Call for nominations for vice-chair will be made every spring. The
names of all nominated candidates will be placed on a ballot. Ballots will be
sent via e-mail when possible. If members do not have e-mail, a ballot will be
faxed or sent by U.S. mail. All ballots will be returned to Dave Jaffe, who
will tally them and provide the chair and vice-chair with results.
