It is with profound sadness that I inform you of the passing of Simon Margolis. he died today at about 12:25 am and was a friend, mentor, and tireless advocate for consumers and our profession.

We have lost one of the very best.

All of our hearts are broken.

In keeping with Jewish tradition, the funeral is tomorrow.

I spoke with Marcia, his wife, today and that's all the information I have.
