RESNA Awards Checklist

[ ] Read all nomination instructions and requirements for the selected award
[ ] Remember that the nominator must be a RESNA member in good standing
[ ] Verfiy that the efforts or contributions have not been previously recognized
[ ] Address all the award's criteria in nomination document
[ ] Include contact information (including email address) of both nominator and nominee
[ ] Include letters of support, if required of the selected award
[ ] Contact the Awards Committee Chair with questions before submitting the nomination
[ ] Email the nomination document as a single Word or pdf file by the posted deadline
